Born from a problem we witnessed firsthand
India has some of the most skilled doctors, nurses, and clinical teams in the world. Yet walk into most hospitals — even large, well-funded ones — and you will find departments running on disconnected systems, paper registers, and workflows held together by institutional memory rather than intelligent software.
Patient records scattered across departments. Billing teams reconciling spreadsheets at midnight. Doctors waiting hours for test results that should arrive in minutes. Ward staff manually chasing bed availability. Behind every one of these failures, a hospital team doing extraordinary work with tools that were never built for them.
That gap — between the ambition of healthcare and the software supporting it — is what OneCare was created to close. Not just for large corporate hospitals in metropolitan cities, but for every hospital, in every city, in every state across the country.
