Shiva Healthcare Clinic worked with OneCare to implement a cloud-native healthcare platform designed to streamline patient operations, integrate billing workflows, and improve overall system efficiency.
A centralized healthcare management system was deployed using AWS HealthLake and HealthScribe, supported by a scalable architecture built on EC2 Auto Scaling. Secure storage for medical and billing data was implemented using Amazon S3, ensuring reliable and structured data management across the system.
Outpatient operations were digitized through a patient registration portal built using AWS Amplify, along with real-time appointment scheduling using EventBridge. Electronic health records were introduced to replace paper-based documentation, enabling faster access to patient information across workflows.
